Das Columbus

“The world belongs to those who enjoy it,” Christopher Columbus is believed to have once said. In any case, we are fairly certain that he would have expressed this wisdom in exactly these words, if he had sat in our cosy garden with a tasty beer in 1492 instead of getting lost on the seven seas.

So we share not only the name but also the realisation that it is always worth going on a discovery trip – be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a wide variety of changing beer specialities, delicious coffee from our barista and many first-class cocktails, it quickly becomes clear that an exploratory excursion alone is by far not enough to discover the culinary world of Columbus. Or to say it with (possibly also) his words: “Cheers!”
